Executive Search Connections [ESC] was founded in 1994. Formerly known as Ambulatory Care Connection, our focus was on supporting the healthcare industry. Our President, Phyllis Sanford, has over 20 years of working experience in the medical field and an additional 10 years of medical consulting. Phyllis now takes an administrative role in running ESC.
Eventually, the company transitioned into recruiting for the manufacturing industry which is where Susan and Kelly's expertise and experience was honed. We at ESC/ESA work hard to "break the mold" of the stereotypical recruiter. We refuse to waste our client's time by flooding them with the resumes of unqualified candidates. We not only want to find the best candidates possible for our client companies, we want to find the best possible companies for our candidates. It truly has to be "right" for both parties or it will simply never work.
Our support staff also has a wealth of knowledge and extensive training in making sure our consultants have all the necessary resources in order to provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates.
We try to concentrate our efforts on finding local candidates and only when we have exhausted our local search, do we expand our search radius. We want our clients to save on costly relocation packages while simultaneously relieving our candidates from the stress of moving.
